Crystal is a Belgian Malinois (Shepherd) who has lived in Melody Acres since she was 1 year old. She has been clocked at running from Martha Street (the south/freeway end) of Melvin Avenue to Topham in under 10 seconds in order to catch an elusive squirrel. Although Crystal lives on horse property, the closest horses are the two ponies living next door.
